Meet Becca
My journey to coaching was catalyzed by the profound impact my own coach had on my life. Through coaching I have found my purpose, aligned my work with my values, and grown immensely.
When I started working with my coach, I was deeply inspired professionally, but also exhausted and struggling to understand how I could fulfill my work obligations and goals while also fulfilling personal goals such as starting a family and investing more time and energy into my own health. My coach supported me to gain clarity on my core values and to redesign my work and life to honor all of my values, not just those that relate to my career (purpose and impact). I have stepped into new leadership roles and made professional shifts since working with my coach. I used to have a lot of anxiety related to decision-making, but I now make decisions with confidence as I have clarity on why I am choosing a certain path.
Prior to launching my coaching practice I worked as a strategist and operator in global health, health tech, education and child care. I was on the founding team and the first employee at the child care startup Wonderschool and led product marketing at Cleo, a health tech company transforming how employers support working families.
I hold an MBA and a Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and Haas School of Business. I completed the Co-Active Learning Institute’s Coach Training Program.
I live in San Francisco with my husband and daughters.
I love supporting my clients to identify their core values and make meaningful shifts in their lives to ensure they are living in alignment with their values and gaining deeper fulfillment in their work and life.
The values I live by:
Purpose & impact
Family, community, & connection
Health, vitality, & balance
Nature & presence
Determination & willpower
