Meet Becca

Certified Coach and Former Startup Leader

I am a certified leadership coach who works with founders and leaders building something meaningful and ready to lead at a higher level. My work focuses on how you make decisions, build trust, and bring others into your vision so you can move your work forward with clarity, ownership, and momentum.

Before coaching, I spent over a decade in high-performance environments. I worked in healthcare consulting, was the first employee at a fast-growing tech startup, and later led product marketing at a health tech company. I understand firsthand the pace, pressure, and complexity that come with building and leading.

Working with an executive coach reshaped how I approached decisions, growth, and leadership and ultimately led me to this work. I trained through the Co-Active Training Institute and hold an ICF accreditation. My approach is thoughtful, direct, and deeply engaged.
