Meet Becca

Certified Coach and Former Startup Leader

I am a certified leadership coach who works with high-achieving leaders and founders who want more fulfillment and sustainability alongside their success. Before coaching, I spent over a decade in high-performance environments: working in healthcare consulting, serving as the first employee at a fast-growing tech startup, and later leading product marketing at a health tech company. I understand firsthand the pace, pressure, and complexity my clients navigate.

Working with an executive coach reshaped how I approached decisions, growth, and leadership and ultimately led me to this work. I trained through the Co-Active Training Institute and hold an ICF accreditation. My approach is thoughtful, direct, and deeply engaged.
